Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Kind, operated by Subtxt LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors has no place on Kind — in profiles, photos, messages, or anywhere else on the platform. These standards apply to every user and every piece of content on the service.

2. An Adults-Only Platform

Kind is a dating app exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

  • Every user must confirm their date of birth during sign-up, and accounts indicating an age under 18 cannot be created.
  • Every user must pass real-time photo verification before they can see or appear in the discovery feed.
  • If we learn that a minor has created an account, we remove the account and associated content.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent removal from Kind:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
  • Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors, real or depicted.
  • Grooming, solicitation of minors, or attempts to arrange contact with minors.
  • Attempts by minors to access or use the platform.
  • Facilitating or encouraging any of the above.

4. In-App Reporting

Every profile and every conversation in Kind includes built-in reporting and blocking. Users can report suspected child-safety violations directly from the app, without leaving a conversation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours, and child-safety reports are treated with the highest priority.

Concerns can also be reported outside the app by emailing info@kind.date.

5. Enforcement

  • Violating content is removed immediately upon confirmation.
  • Accounts involved in CSAE violations are permanently banned, with no appeal.
  • We preserve evidence as required so that it remains available to law enforcement.

6. Reporting to Authorities

When we identify apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Kind complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where it operates.

7. Point of Contact

Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at info@kind.date. This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and to respond to inquiries from users, regulators, and law enforcement.
